4th Annual Ornament Marketplace
Nov. 28-Dec. 1; 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday
Free and open to the public

Brighten your holidays with Native-themed ornaments handcrafted by American Indian artists from the Heard Museum Shop. Hundreds of wonderful ornaments in a variety of art forms will be available for purchase, with prices varying. Silversmith Howard Sice (Hopi/Laguna Pueblo) will present a three-dimensional Hopi maiden crafted from sterling silver this year as a limited-edition signature ornament for the Marketplace. The numbered edition of just 20 ornaments will be priced at $175 each. Also at the Heard Museum North Scottsdale.

A Southwestern tradition, Holidays at the Heard is a great way to spend time with family and friends. Exciting performances and artist demonstrations introduce visitors to traditional and contemporary American Indian music, dance and art throughout the week. Choctaw, Hopi, Maricopa and Navajo dancers will offer a wide variety of performances, including hoop dancing and fancy dancing. This event is included in general museum admission, and more information can be found at heard.org/holidays

Cost: $18 adults, $13.50 for seniors (65+), $7.50 for students with a valid student ID, $7.50 for children
ages 6-12. Children 5 and younger (free). Heard Museum members and American Indians receive free
admission.
